Project Planning and Cost Control Manager
Location: Tunis, Tunisia
As a Project Planning and Cost Control Manager, you will be responsible for preparing and monitoring detailed project schedules, cost control, and performance indicators, while supporting project managers in budget tracking and reporting.
Required Profile:
Education: Engineer or equivalent
Experience: 2+ years in project planning and cost control
Languages: Arabic (excellent), French (good), English (excellent)
Computer Skills: Proficiency with Primavera and standard office tools
Key Competencies: Communication, teamwork, negotiation, organization, and initiative

Main Responsibilities:
Develop and monitor detailed project schedules in Primavera for various projects.
Propose and follow up on schedule optimizations within and across projects.
Develop and track performance indicators for ongoing projects.
Assist Project Managers in budget monitoring, remeasurement, and cost estimation for additional works.
Assist in invoice tracking and expense control.
Identify cost control risks and implement mitigation measures.
Immediately report any HSE-related incidents to your direct supervisor.
Report all environmental, health, and safety aspects of your work to the QHSE Department.
Mechanical Engineer
Location: Tunis, Tunisia
As a Mechanical Engineer, you will design and analyze mechanical systems, prepare engineering documentation, and ensure the compliance and safety of industrial equipment.
Technical Skills: Mastery of NFPA, API610, API650, ASME B31.3, ASME B31.4, ASME VIII standards / 3D CAD software / analytical and simulation skills / PV Elite proficiency
QHSE Knowledge: Risk analysis (FMEA) / ISO 9001 / ISO TS / Machine safety standards
Main Responsibilities:
Prepare mechanical design documentation and perform on-site technical assessments.
Perform mechanical sizing for static equipment (storage tanks, pressure vessels).
Design and calculate fire protection systems and related mechanical assemblies.
Develop piping classes and valve specifications.
Prepare datasheets for safety and mechanical equipment (pumps, compressors, skids, etc.).
Coordinate with other disciplines such as electrical, civil, and process engineering.
Review execution drawings and 3D design models issued by draftsmen.
Report immediately any HSE issues to direct supervision.
Communicate environmental, safety, and health aspects related to the work to the QHSE Department.
